The place to be: Armeec Arena, Sofia
In Pool E team Bulgaria will be counting on home advantage in order to make up for the absence of FIVB Hero Matey Kaziyski, while high-spirited team Germany and Ferdinand Tille will do their best to continue their winning ways in the tournament. They would be wise, however, not to underestimate another FIVB Hero Clayton Stanley who’s getting back to his best shape again and is determined to repeat his team USA’s success of 4 years ago.
Pool F will witness a non-stop duel between the rivals Poland and Brazil, where FIVB Heroes Murilo and Giba will try and take their revenge on Bartosz Kurek and Zibi Bartman for the preliminary round losses they suffered. They will both have to overcome team Cuba. Cuban FIVB Hero Wilfredo Leon will be even more motivated since missing out on Olympics qualification to capture the World League 2012 Champion’s title.
The schedule of the matches is as follows:
04.07. : BUL – GER (19:45 CET)
05.07. : GER – USA (19:45 CET)
06.07. : USA – BUL (19:45 CET)
