Two weeks have passed since the SWATCH World Tour 2012 made a stop in Rome. But beach volleyball FIVB Heroes are used to action and the next tournament for them is already underway in Gstaad, Switzerland!

This week’s World Tour stop in Rome was another successful one for the female FIVB Heroes. Sara Goller and Laura Ludwig as well as Jennifer Kessy and April Ross felt big relief as they finally celebrated their first appearances on the podium this summer.

This week the ladies among our FIVB Heroes head to Italy for the Rome Grand Slam. The Eternal City seems to be a great location to compete for the Heroes: the World Championships were held here last year and the podium belonged entirely to them! Larissa Franca and Juliana Felisberta took home the gold and will try to repeat this success this year.
